Open Positions:
1. Group Leader/Principal Scientist – In-Vitro Biology
Educational Qualifications: Ph.D. in Life Sciences with Postdoctoral Fellowship Years of Experience: 8-12 years in drug discovery focusing on immunology and inflammation.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead target identification and validation processes.
- Provide scientific and technical leadership in assay design and execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to enhance preclinical screening and lead optimization.
- Develop and optimize relevant animal models and manage projects from hit discovery through to IND submissions.
2. Research Scientist – Artificial Intelligence, Informatics & Machine Learning
Educational Qualifications: Ph.D. in Bioinformatics/Chemoinformatics Years of Experience: 2-4 years
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for creating models and compounds for designated protein targets.
- Proficient in computational chemistry methodologies, molecular dynamics simulations, and AI-driven target identification.
- Publish findings and support the development of our AI platforms.
3. Research Scientist – DMPK (Pre-Formulations)
Educational Qualifications: M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics) or Ph.D. (Pharmacy) Years of Experience: 8-10 years
Responsibilities:
- Understand and execute pre-formulation requirements of clients.
- Perform characterizations such as DSC, TGA, and pXRD.
- Develop formulations that enhance bioavailability and are compatible with a wide range of excipients and APIs.
4. Senior Research Scientist – DMPK (Bioanalytical)
Educational Qualifications: M.Pharm or M.Sc (Biochemistry) Years of Experience: 10-13 years
Responsibilities:
- Lead DMPK support for discovery programs.
- Design ADME protocols and conduct PK/PD analysis.
- Collaborate on study design and manage pharmacokinetic properties predictions.
5. Group Leader/Principal Scientist – Medicinal Chemistry
